Characteristics:

They are mainly divided into two categories: one type features an angled surface between 6° and 10.9°, which is used to prevent reflected light from the fiber surface from returning along the optical path and causing interference or damage; the other type has a steeper angled surface between 40° and 50°, or even greater. This type of angled fiber lens can alter the optical path or induce large-angle total internal reflection, and can also enlarge the light-receiving area of the fiber, allowing more light to enter the fiber.

Applications:
These lenses are used in fields such as fiber lasers, fiber-optic communications, traditional optics, and fiber-optic sensing.
